All wheels’ products can be returned or exchanged, and the customers can benefit from the warranty services within the time specified and with the original purchase invoice. The needed returned or exchanged product must be with its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased. Products can be returned within 3 days, while the exchange is within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase. 5Wheel promotions products' can be returned, but the product must be in its original condition upon purchase. No cash refund is possible for any of the purchases paid with the vouchers, credit cards, or the purchase installment service. Once the customer receives the products, this means he endorses that the product is intact and that its packaging hasn't been opened before receipt.
