Acknowledgment and Waiver

I acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms and conditions related to the rental of a bicycle or any accessories from Wheels Bikes Trading Establishment and to abide by them throughout the rental period.

Release and Waiver of Liability:

• The renter accepts full responsibility for the bike and any accompanying equipment and waives all claims or causes of action against Wheels in connection with any issues arising from the operation or misuse of the bicycle.

• The renter discharges Wheels Bikes from all liability for any harm or damage incurred during the rental period.

• If the rented bicycle or equipment is lost or damaged, the renter agrees to pay for all associated costs (as specified before the rental), including but not limited to flat tires, accidental damage, misplaced equipment, etc.

• The renter agrees to return the bicycle and any rented equipment in the same condition as at the time of rental.
(A full inspection of the bicycle will be conducted before and after the rental period.)

• The renter agrees to wear a helmet, use bicycle lights, and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times during the rental period.

• Please wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes (thoub or abaya are not allowed).

• Follow all safety procedures as instructed by our reception team at Wheels.

• Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to receive your bike on time.
