I Renter confirm that the below Waiver has been explained to me in detail before leaving for my ride and agree to the terms and conditions set out below Waiver: • Renter accepts responsibility of bike and equipment and waive all claims and/or causes of action against Wheels Bike Hub in respect of any issues arising from the operation or misuse of the Bicycles. • Renter waives all claims and/or cause of action against Wheels Bike Hub in respect of any harm or injury incurred to Renter during the rental period of the bike and equipment. • Renter agrees he/she is liable for all charges (as advised to me before leaving for ride), arising from loss of or damage to rental equipment including, however not limited to, inner tube punctures, accident damage, misplaced equipment etc. • Renter agrees that the bike and equipment will be returned in the same condition it was rented in (full pre-bike inspection will be conducted before hand over of bicycle and on return). • The renter agrees to wear a helmet, use the bike lights and follow traffic regulations at all times when renting the bicycle.
