Returns and exchange policy
1. Products return, and exchange includes all wheels products in its branches and online store.
2. All wheels’ products can be returned or exchanged, and the customers can benefit from the warranty services within the time specified and with the original purchase invoice.
3. The needed returned or exchanged product must be with its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
4. Products can be returned within 3 days, while the exchange is within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase.
5Wheel promotions products' can be returned, but the product must be in its original condition upon purchase.
6. No cash refund is possible for any of the purchases paid with the vouchers, credit cards, or the purchase installment service.
7. Once the customer receives the products, this means he endorses that the product is intact and that its packaging hasn't been opened before receipt.
8. The customer can return Any of Wheels products to the nearest branch. And if there is no close branch to the customer, the customer can contact Wheels customer service 920007041, and a representative will arrive as soon as possible to return or exchange the product.
